Steve's cousin Steph posted on her blog a couple days ago about Spring Fashions and she always dresses so nice and trendy. However, the season's hottest trend this year is tops with ruffles... and I really can't do ruffles. I just don't feel comfortable wearing them. Anyway, I had a 20% off coupon at JC Penny, and figured I could pull off this one (it's not too ruffly) for $14.
